- Mediations are typically available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturdays. Availability is confirmed by email.

- Are mediations conducted in person or via Zoom?

Fees & Duration
- What are the mediation fees?
- Half-day mediations are $550 per party. Full-day mediations are $1,000 per party.

- Mediations may be scheduled for half-day or full-day sessions, depending on the day.
Process & Confidentiality
- What should counsel submit prior to mediation?
- Counsel is asked to provide pleadings, discovery responses, and position statements outlining claims, defenses, strengths, and weaknesses.
